The home is designed with a luxurious Porcelain tile throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining. WIFI available throughout the home. POOL HEATING: Enhance your stay by adding pool heating to your reservation! This service is available for an additional $40 per night and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date to ensure it is ready for your arrival. *PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval. *Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee. *Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. *** No Smoking/No vaping inside the house… There will be a $500 fee assessed to any guest smoking inside the home. *** There will be a late check out fee assessed to guest who does not vacate the home by check out time. I rented this home for my group trip to Disney world and it was everything i expected it to be. The home looked exactly like the pictures and was nice and clean upon arrival on check in day. During my stay in Orlando the weather in FL was unseasonably chilly so the home was a bit cool when we entered. Needless to say the host was able to accommodate my group with portable space heaters to keep us warm while we slept. We didn’t mind it seeing as though we spent majority of the time away from the home. I’d suggest anyone looking to visit Orlando in the upcoming weeks should pack some warm and snuggly outfits, trust me you’ll need it. I wish i was able to utilize the pool but the weather outside didn’t allow for us to enjoy it- (although the pool is heated). This home is centrally located about 20 mins from the Airport, 30 mins from Disney world/Epcot and has many dining options near by.

Awesome stay!!! 6 of us stayed there very comfortable!! Pool was awesome!!! only 25 min from downtown Orlando. I’d stay there again and I’d recommend this place!! Worth the money really really pleased with this house thanks you for letting us stay there!!
