The home is designed with a luxurious Porcelain tile throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining. WIFI available throughout the home. POOL HEATING: Enhance your stay by adding pool heating to your reservation! This service is available for an additional $30 per night and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date to ensure it is ready for your arrival. *PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval. *Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee. *Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. *** No Smoking/No vaping inside the house… There will be a $500 fee assessed to any guest smoking inside the home. *** There will be a late check out fee assessed to guest who does not vacate the home by check out time. The late fee is $100 per hour past the check out time of 10am. ***No parking inside the garage.

I booked this Airbnb for my birthday trip and It was incredible!! The home literally felt like a hotel. One of my friends on the trip had to bring her 1 year old and forgot her pack n play, but when we arrived to the “hotel” there was a pack n play and a high chair already there. The host are thoughtful and very responsive. This is definitely an airbnb I would return to, so book everyone!!

Fantastic accommodation. Pool and apartment exactly as described. Host - super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Would have liked to have spent more time at the accommodation as was so relaxing.
